Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Patties

I really had trouble keeping the patties together. I did what another reveiwer said and added extra oats worked great. Left out the onion soup and used worchestershire sauce added fresh onion, cheddar and another reviewers idea parmesan cheese. Turned out great.

Garlic-Cilantro Scrambled Eggs

This is a excellent recipe. I did adjust the recipe a little. Instead of putting the cilantro in the eggs, I stopped at my local mexican restaurant and bought some salsa and topped the eggs with the salsa. Excellent!:-)

Homemade Butter

Loved this recipe, the draw back was liquid flying everwhere. I threw a dish towel over the mixer and it worked out fine. Will make again, the butter has a great taste.
