Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
This has become a staple recipe in my house as well as for parties. I do it a little differently but I want to point out that there is nothing wrong with David's original. Not a real big fan of Rosemary, I use just a pinch or 2 and instead use 1 1/2 tblsp. of Basil. I used more cheese, and I use a cheddar mozarella mix in the middle layers. I don't boil the lasagna noodles at all, I just put them in dry. Always comes out perfect. I used a food processor and pulse the artichokes so they come out at an even consistency. The last thing I fold in one pint of Ricotta cheese into the final sauce at the end after it cools a bit. I have to say, it comes out wonderful.
