Baked Ziti I
I've always had ziti made with ricotta so I was a little skeptical about provolone and sour cream. This is the best baked ziti I've ever had. I did use half sausage, half ground beef. Every time I make this for someone new they ask me for the recipe.

Quick Lemon Dijon Chicken
This was aweful. I will never make this again. The Dijon flavor was completely overwhelming.
