Hashbrown Casserole
This was ok. I don't think I'm crazy about using condensed chicken soup if there is no chicken in the recipe. I would make this again but I'd use a vegetarian soup like maybe cream of celery or cream of onion/mushroom. Its just weird to have a chicken flavor to something that contains no chicken.

Linda's Lasagna
Simple and delish. You can't mess this up, its everything a lasagna needs to be.

Greek Pasta Salad I
Very good. Ok, here is what I changed. I added fresh basil, a diced zuchini, and some toasted pine nuts for extra flavor. Also, I used crumbled turkey bacon as a sub for the sausage. It was very good!
