Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
Really liked this one. It would be a good company over for dinner dish. I didn't put the whole bunch of cilantro in it... more like half a bunch.

Restaurant-Style House Salad
I got this receipe years ago and everyone loves this salad. To make it easier buy two bags of Romaine/Iceberg mix.

Sausage Spinach Alfredo Lasagna
Very good and different from the norm. Made some changes to this one, I used all Mozz instead of cheddar, used around two jars of alfredo sauce, mixed in a can of diced tomatoes drained and a can of mushrooms drained to the ricotta mixture. YUMMY!
