I am a Kindergarten teacher, this is my 4th year. I love it! It is my passion and I love seeing the kids progress so much during the year. I have a Border Collie named Sugar! She is a great dog and spoiled rotten. :) I love spending time with my family. There are so many things I like to cook, but also so many I would still like to try. I like to cook Italian and Mexican dishes the most. I also love trying new things that would be good for a potluck since I am always needing something for school. When I was just a little girl I used to love to sit in the kitchen and help my mom cook or even just watch. My grandmother also used to cook Christmas dinner for about 40 of us every year. She did it mostly on her own. On Christmas Eve she would do all of her baking, that consisted of about 10-14 items. I loved going to her house and helping her with whatever she needed.
