Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs
The ONLY thing I changed was that I used half as much soy sauce as was called for, since I'm really sensitive to salty tastes anyway, and I forgot to put in the garlic till halfway through, but I don't think it made a difference. These were some of the BEST ribs I've ever had!
