Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
This was the Best pork roast I have ever made. My husband devoured it last night. Only made a couple changes only because I had to use what I had in the fridge. I cut up sweet onions and put on bottom of crock pot and then used a Hormel (roast flavor) roast patted dry and needed to use Spicy Brown mustard (all I had) cooked on low for 7-8 hours and then thickened sauce in a pan on the stove with cornstarch while the roast rested, then served on mashed potatoes with asparagus on the side. Delish. Will for sure be making this again and again.
