Broccoli Cheese Soup III
This is a great comfort-food soup....thick and cheesy and super tasty! Followed recipe except used 4 cans of less sodium broth, added approx 2 c. cauliflower to the 4 c. broccoli just so it wouldn't go to waste, no water or cornstarch but used potato flakes to thicken and sharp cheddar. This will definitely be served again!

Marinated Turkey Breast
This recipe is fantastic! I used dried basil, turkey cutlets, no cloves, olive oil instead of vegetable, and sprinkled cinnamon over cutlets as recommended in another review and let them marinade in a covered dish in the frig for close to 8 hours. I put foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray on grill grate and grilled cutlets for approx 5 min per side as they were not very thick. Everyone from my almost 3 yr old granddaughter to my picky "meat and potatoes only" husband inhaled these. I know I will make these again and will probably try with chicken breasts one day. Thanks for sharing!

Teriyaki Salmon
I am new to cooking salmon and have tried several marinades/seasonings and this recipe received the family "Best So Far" award. I followed the recipe only I used 1/4 c. both olive and vege. oil, no ground mustard (didn't have on hand) and small fistful of brown sugar. I also added approx. 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic and just a pinch of garlic powder (my husband can never get enough garlic in anything). I marinated a whole fillet for approx 2 hours (turned several times) and then husband grilled it. It was absolutely fantastic! I was a bit wary of the marinade as the look and taste of it was almost gross but it was by far the best for the salmon... This recipe is probably one I'll use from now on! Thanks everyone for the comments!
