Bread Pudding II
Fantastic!! I agree with using 3 eggs instead of four. I used stale raisin bread, about 13 slices (its a small loaf). I topped it with a simple rum sauce: 1 c powered sugar, 4 tbsp rum, and 1/4 c butter. I plan to make it for my dad, it was his childhood favorite dessert.
