Fresh Rhubarb Pie
This recipe really is easy as pie, it allows for the natural flavor of the rhubarb which is great. I reduced the sugar as I like things on the tart side. If you have never made a pie before this is a good start, and if you are an accomplished pie baker this is a great starting point.
