I prefer a lot less mayo, so I used about 1/4 - 1/3 cup and added Worcestershire and green onions like others suggested. My husband loves this!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

We loved this recipe and it made a LOT of stew. We ended up freezing half of it for later. Great with a crusty baguette.
