My cooking triumphs
I once ran out of graham crackers and substituted teething biscuits for part of the crust in my famous Egg Nog Cheesecake.....nobody noticed! Its a long standing joke in the family now.

Weird, dry. The chocolate mix did not incorperate into the egg whites. Some of my guests claimed to like it. It has potential.

Rosemary-Scented Pork Loin Stuffed With Roasted Garlic, Dried Apricots and Cranberries and Port Wine Pan Sauce
This was a huge hit! Delish! I don't make substitutions usually when trying things for the first time, but I didn't have any port, so I used sherry and it was great. Thank you!

Caroline and Brian's Stuffed Mushrooms
This is awesome! I made these for a cocktail party last night along with several other appetisers (I used baby bellas). These were the first to disappear. So perfect, I will share this recipe with everyone!
