Mandarin Almond Salad
Loved the almonds in it, but didnt care for the dressing. I used balsmic vinigarette dressing the next time. Yummy!!

Beef and Bean Chimichangas
loved this recipe, very easy. I followed some of the other reviews and used a taco seasoning and some taco sauce, I also added green chiles instead of green pepper. Thanks for the recipe!!

Zucchini Tomato Casserole
Loved this one!! My husband and kids cleared their plates. Very easy and quick and love the flavor. Great Recipe!!
