Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties
This was awesome, the only thing I did was cut back to half packet of ranch mix, just to cut down the salty taste, my preference. My family went nuts over these and fortunately, we've had an abundant crop of cucumbers this year.

Day-After-Thanksgiving Turkey Carcass Soup
Pretty tasty I must say. I added a little seasoning salt to give it more flavor. Also, my wife makes cream cheese corn with the T-day meal. I took what was left and threw it in. Came out great.

Luscious Lima Bean Soup II
Sweet Lord I am in heaven. What a wonderful soup and my buddy for the football games is a soup hound. We had three bowls each and sat like toads holding our stomachs in the recliners. The only thing I did different was cook up the whole pound of bacon, crumbled it and dropped it in. Two days later and it was still just as awesome for leftovers.
