Thai Chicken Balls

I followed the recipe exactly as stated. The flavour was okay. The texture was horrible. My boyfriend, who will eat anything, threw out the leftovers.

Belgian Endive au Gratin

Thanks for sharing this classic recipe! The cream and cheese in this recipe makes for a nice contrast to the sharp taste of the endives.

Linguine with Fresh Tomatoes

I LOVE this recipe! I like to use spaghetti or spaghettini instead of linguine and go a bit light on garlic (it can be a bit overwhelming). I usually don't have fresh basil, but dried basil does the trick. Serve the pasta hot so that the parmesan is nicely melted.
