Curried Rice Pilaf
This is a wonderful recipe. I make it all the time. However, I omit the raisins and the almonds.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs II
I love this recipe! I made a few changes though. I used rice vinegar instead of cider vinegar. Rice vinegar has a mellow flavor. In addition, I used half sweet Italian sausage and half hamburger. My family loved it.
