Taco Seasoning I
LOVE IT! I use this to avoid MSG in the packets. I've been using it for years. I have given friends the recipe, and they LOVE it also. I make it in double and triple batches, and keep in an empty spice jar so I always have it on hand.

Chocolate Cookie Buttercream Frosting
This worked great for my cup cakes, and was very easy. I had to use more milk than it called for, but used too much, so I suggest adding it very slowly. It was still very good, my husband put the extra in the fridge, too good to toss!

Alfredo Sauce
This is a great basic recipe that I will use often. My family loved it. I was low on parmesan, so I used 1 cup parmesan and 1 cup mozzarella. I also used dried parsley, fresh would add more flavor, but it was all I had.
