Homemade Mac and Cheese
Made this last night and it was great! Mac n cheese is always something I manage to screw up but this was an excellent recipe for me to follow. I followed it pretty much exactly except I did add some spices - paprika, ground mustard, onion powder and garlic powder. And for a twist, crumbled some bacon on top. It was great!

Italian Chicken Skillet
This recipe is awesome! So easy and delicious. I had some extra time so I roasted a few cloves of garlic first and smashed them before stirring in with the chicken. I also added some zucchini. Finally, I wanted a tad more liquid so I added more wine and chicken broth. It was so good my husband asked me to make it again tonight. Thanks for the great recipe!!

Soft Sugar Cookies III
These were nice, light, cake like cookies, just as described! I did add a touch of vanilla extract. My husband described them as simple but good. I agree!
