Jamaican Rice
Very good with Jamaican Jerked Pork - left out the coconut and banana due to picky eaters in the family, and substituted veggi broth for water. Great as a side dish with the spicy pork, rave reviews all around.

Grilled Tri-Tip with Oregon Herb Rub
Good, but a bit on the herby side for my family at least. I did substitute herbs for the herb salts, which may have helped with this. A bit of fine tuning may be in order to get the new ratios correct. Still, overall the flavor was very good.

Bread Pudding II
Very simple recipe, all ingredients are on hand, and it tastes great. I made some rum sauce to go on this and served it to rave reviews.
