I made the mistake of not reading the reviews first - and found this to be quite runny. The taste is fantastic though, and it was super easy to make. I'll do it again, but with milk and corn syrup as suggested by others instead.

Never-Never Ever-Ever Fail Fudge

This recipe failed me miserably... The fudge didn't harden at all and I wouldn't make it again.

Poppy Seed Lemon Loaves

SO GOOD I baked three in one night and gave one to my Mother-In-Law. I did add more lemon zest (2 tsp.) and fresh lemon juice (2 tbsp.) as others suggested though. FANTASTIC!

High Altitude Deep Dish Brownies

I thought I had found the answer to my homemade brownie problem with this 'high altitude' recipe, but at 3500' this recipe didn't work well. I followed the measurements exactly and found that after 40 minutes these were still too runny inside. Next time I'll lower the heat and cook them longer. The flavour was wonderful though! And I will try again.

Sour Cream and Horseradish Asparagus

My fiance made this dish for me and it turned out to be one of my favourites yet. Easy and delicious! I would recommend using more than the 1 lbs of asparagus though. There was plenty of sauce to go around.

Banana Cake VI

This recipe was easy and delicious! No need to freeze this cake to keep its moisture in. I paired mine up with a chocolate peanut butter cream cheese icing and OMG MMMMMMM...
