Potato Leek Soup III
This is a great soup to start with, but I did change it up a bit. I used 2 full leeks, 5 cups of potatoes, 4 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup of vegetable broth, and 2 cups of almond milk.
I think next time I'll add some bacon or ham and some garlic.
Great tasting and easy to make!
