Turkey Patties with Cranberry Cream Sauce
The Turkey patties are great. I avoided the sauce all together. I mixed the whole cranberries from the cranberry sauce in with the ground turkey. We loved it. It's the best turkey burger I've ever tasted. Kudos!

Dad's Down Home Cornbread and Jalapeno Meatloaf
This was the best meatloaf! I didn't use the ground pork, only ground beef. We loved it.

Penne with Pancetta, Tuna, and White Wine
This is a great way to do something different with canned tuna! It's quick and easy to prepare, a very "pretty" dish to present. My boys and I like it alot.
