good, solid recipe. i added mushrooms, needed almost twice the milk to get the gravy consistency i was looking for, and to combat the blandness of the gravy i added 1/2 tsp extra spices and paprika while simmering

Ricotta Gnocchi

My family and I loved this dish. I'm not italian and have never had gnocchi before, and was pleasantly surprised. The sauce is especially yummy, I doubled it except for the mozzarella and it was perfect!

Simple White Cake

more of a simple yellow cake, my husband said it tasted like pancakes. I frosted with lemon cream cheese frosting which is very flavorful, so i guess this cake recipe made a good, plain base for the frosting.

very delicious! I used this to frost cupcakes and only needed half the recipe, but i made the whole recipe anyway so I can freeze some for a later use. The frosting is even better the next day after the flavors have had some time to blend.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Delicious, just as it is written! (I did use half ground turkey, but I dont think it affected the flavor) This is the first time I've ever made meatloaf and I see no need to try any other recipes. Although next time, I will cut down on the sugar in the glaze.

a whole stick of butter would have been way too much, i only used 3tbsp on my 1.5lbs of fish, and that was plenty, a little goes a long way... otherwise, very tasty!

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

I shouldnt really be reviewing this recipe, because i use a completely different spice blend of what i had on hand. I just used this as a guideline for cooking times. Based on the other reviews tho, I'm definitely going to have to make it this way next time.
