White Chocolate Fruit Tart
everything perfectly delicious as written! (tho i did use all fresh fruit and then had to sub 1/2 cup orange juice in the glaze) got rave reviews from my guests.

Slammin' Salmon
i left out that peanut oil, marinated it for about 8 hours, it was delicious!

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch
I left the flour completely out of the filling, halved the butter in the topping, served with vanilla ice cream, and it was delicious!
