Not sure what they are supposed to taste like but these were very good. The crust was very crunchy. I cut with a sharp knife, not a pizza cutter as that squashed my dough.

Chicken Enchilada Soup II

Excellent! I did add Rotel but that was the only extra thing - that, I believe is what makes it taste like the soup from Chili's. Very good!

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Very easy. I didn't have to add water, just let it boil for about ten minutes at medium and then slowly turn up heat until it turns amber. It is so good!

Basil Pork Chops

Not a lot of flavor and I even added more chili powder. The sugar burned quickly, even at a low temp.

Chicken A La King

I had to use more milk as sauce was extremely thick. Also had no mushrooms so used an onion instead. Was very good.

These were not good. Me nor my husband liked them, they tasted like dough. We even fried them in butter later and it still tasted bad. Not sure what I could have done different. Used another recipe before that tasted fine.

Badische Schupfnudeln (Potato Noodles)

Very good and fairly easy to make. Never made them before or anything like it so I am assuming that it turned out correct. Would have been easy to make into small patties.

Chicken Scarpariello

Super!! Had to double the sauce and add a little cornstarch/water mixture to thicken it up but still great! Used regular onion and did have to fry two batches of chicken. So only drawback is that it took me much longer than recipe says.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Strawnana Smoothie Bread

My bread did have a very strange texture, but everyone in my family likes it regardless. I did add extra strawberries and bananas, and omitted the baking powder since I didn't have any.

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Loved this as did my kids! Did not have baking powder on hand so didn't use it - didn't need it! Used 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup brown and 1/2 cup white sugar. Was very good - wasn't cakey to me!

Curried Chicken

I made all of this on the stove top and it took the same amount of time. I did leave the peas and mushrooms out, and added another tsp. of curry. It was excellent!

Honeyed Pork Chops

My whole family enjoyed these. I doubled the honey as suggested by others. I also put lemon pepper on chops before cooking them on the griddle. I then cooked for 30 minutes covered in oven and 30 minutes uncovered. Used corn starch and water to make gravy out of juice. Yummm.
