Very good and fairly easy to make. Never made them before or anything like it so I am assuming that it turned out correct. Would have been easy to make into small patties.

Super!! Had to double the sauce and add a little cornstarch/water mixture to thicken it up but still great! Used regular onion and did have to fry two batches of chicken. So only drawback is that it took me much longer than recipe says.

Strawnana Smoothie Bread

My bread did have a very strange texture, but everyone in my family likes it regardless. I did add extra strawberries and bananas, and omitted the baking powder since I didn't have any.

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Loved this as did my kids! Did not have baking powder on hand so didn't use it - didn't need it! Used 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup brown and 1/2 cup white sugar. Was very good - wasn't cakey to me!

Honeyed Pork Chops

My whole family enjoyed these. I doubled the honey as suggested by others. I also put lemon pepper on chops before cooking them on the griddle. I then cooked for 30 minutes covered in oven and 30 minutes uncovered. Used corn starch and water to make gravy out of juice. Yummm.

Central American Tacos

Thought it was okay, different at least. These are much like the Taco's we got in Mexican Restraunts in El Paso, TX. The green sauce added the flavor. I put a little sour cream because the flavor was very strong.

I used one cup of broth, cut down on the oil as others suggested and used white cooking wine instead of vinegar. Chicken turned out great!! Served with rice and a side salad.

Ground Beef Quiche

I used 1 pound of ground beef, added an extra egg and used a deep dish pie crust. Everything else I did the same. It was great!! My 3 and 4 year olds loved it and there was none left after supper. Great!!

Wonderful Short Ribs

I had never cooked ribs before and this was very easy. Did not use short ribs, but still turned out great. Browned ribs first in pan and then put in the crock pot. Meat fell of the bones. Served with mashed potatoes. Kids loved it too.
