Pudding-Topped Fruit Salad
My newest "potluck" contribution. Very tasty. The pudding/pineapple mix is more than needed for the fruit, so you can save some to use as a dip for bananas and apples the next day or two. Great recipe!!

Cherry Chocolate Cake
I made this cake for my son's birthday (topped with a Chocolate Buttercream frosting recipe from allrecipes.com), and everyone loved it. I highly recommend this cake.
