I'm fairly new at cooking, but I love it! I'm always looking for more and interesting things. I love trying new recipes. I love to bake, and I love seafood just afraid to cook it. I grew up with a large family, so I'm used to large family gatherings with alot of food. Every Christmas everyone gets together and bakes chocolate dipped pretzels, fudge and many other treats, I look forward to it every year. So I haven't baked to much yet. My main dishes are chicken alfredo, but I was extremely proud of my hamburgers that I made and the banana bread. I also love my french toast. Luckly I haven't had any yet, but I know some are soon to follow.
