Bacon Chicken II
super easy to make, good to eat. A perfect dish to throw in the oven when I get home from work, and not have to worry about. Also great for leftovers the next day! I don't put the full amount of bbq sauce on, just enough to cover the chicken (and I use just a regular bbq sauce, not honey bbq flavor). I also just cook the bacon on it's own, and stick it on top before eating (so it doesn't get soggy, and remains crispy).

Coconut Macaroons III
I love macaroons, and had never made them before so I decided to try this recipe. It's excellent. The dough is pretty sticky, so I agree with other reviews that the parchment paper is really a must. I also make much smaller macaroons then the recipe calls for (which then also makes more of them in a batch) and cook them about a minute or two less, and they turn out great. Also like to dip half the cookie in chocolate to fancy them up :)

Cinnamon Ice Cream
A wonderful ice cream recipe! After having Cinnamon Gelato in Italy, I was craving a really good cinnamon flavor at home. This is a perfect creamy blend of flavor and richness. Easy to make, fantastic to eat!
