Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins
This batter is perfect!!! I did change the recipe a bit. I added extra 1/2 cup of chocolate chip and used normal cocoa powder instead of semisweet ones. I also left out the nuts (because I am allergic to it) and the vanilla extract because I have none. The outcome was still perfect except the chocolate chips are a bit too sweet (totally my fault for adding extra and using sweet ones). The batter when finished appear very very watery; however, after you bake it, the muffin is perfect except it didn't raise too much but it doesn't affect the taste at all!!!

Blueberry Muffins I
The origin recipe is too dry and not enought sugar. I added 7 extra heaped teaspoons of surgar + 1/2 cup of milk + 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon. The outcome was gorgeous!!!

Blueberry Oat Muffins
I followed the receipe exactly but used frozen berries instead of fresh ones. The outcome...top extremely crispy like a snap and inside with absolutely no flavor other than when I bite into a fruit. In my second batch (I can only bake 6 muffins at a time), I added 2 extra tablespoons of white sugar & 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon into the mix. I also stir until the berries break open. The muffins were perfect!
