These are great and really simple - no need to mess around with the oven like other spiced nut recipes. Coating is enough for at least 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 cups of nuts, not just 2. Next time I think I'll try adding a little more salt and some cayenne pepper for a sweet and savory mix, but as is these are great. Don't expect the syrupy mixture to really "harden" much. 4-5 minutes in the microwave is plenty, and the coating will harden later.
