Hi I'm Heather, and I love to cook, I'm a single mother so I don’t get as much time as I used to but I work it in! I love to cook new things; I actually rarely make the same thing over and over. I love to cook foods that remind me of people or times. I don’t care how good your apple pie is I'll only make my Grandma’s! Once I made this vegetable lasagna and the recipe said to cover then bake, bla bla bla. Well, I had one of those casserole dishes with the plastic lid so I used to plastic lid (why would they sell it with a baking dish if you can’t put it into an oven!!!) and of course it melted into the lasagna..... We ate it anyways.
