The simple sauce is amazingly delicious. I'm with another reviewer who said no more bottled sauces for me! I used leftover pork roast and added some vegetable favorites. By adding more veggies I decided to double the sauce...it worked out perfectly. I think the sauce is key. You could use any meat, your favorite veggies and you won't go wrong with this easy recipe.

I was looking for a recipe to use up a partial box of lasagne noodles so I cut this one in half. Next time I'll make the full recipe....it was delicious and easy to make. I substituted my own sauce though as I don't care for the sauce in a jar.

This is a fantastic recipe! It's easy to prepare and very filling. My husband, who is a meat lover, didn't even notice his favorite ingredient was missing! I did use vegetable stock instead of broth, and I forgot the curry when I went shopping...still delicious! Thanks for the recipe...it's now in my permanent collection.
