Crispy Baked Chicken
I finally found a recipe that's crispy enough for me. I followed the recipe exactly plus onion powder to taste. I always spray a cooling rack and bake meat,chicken or fish on it(NOT SOGGY ON BOTTOM-DOESN'T STICK).PERFECT! On to the fish next. Thanks for the keeper.

Meatloaf Muffins
I have been making meatloaf muffins for years. I tried this recipe and we liked it. As the recipe says, use LEAN ground beef or you will get grease in the tins. I will be making it again. Thanks for the recipe.

Amish Macaroni Salad
We purchase this salad from an Amish shop from Lancaster, PA (Amish country) and this recipe's taste is accurate. I made only one change (less sugar), but used the exact ingredients listed. It turned out perfectly. Thank you Connie. It's a KEEPER.
