Meatloaf with Italian Sausage
My family loved this recipe! To be fair, it's hard to make a bad meat loaf though. I chopped the onions and bell peppers quite small, so the texture matched up well. I also only left it in the oven for 45 minutes, and it came out perfectly.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
Totally fell in love with these cookies! I've made other PB cookies which were more... adult. not so sweet and a lot more delicate. these were perfect for kids. i didn't put any any baking powder in as i wanted them to stay low. i also kept them in the oven for 10 minutes; they came out perfectly crunchy. As a true marker of deliciousness--the kids LOVED them.

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins
I was really impressed at how light these muffins came out. I didn't overmix the dry parts with the wet parts. Oh, and I also cut the sugar down (like everyone else); mine to 3/4 cups. Everyone loved them! I am definitely keeping this recipe for the future.
