Glen's Cheese Sauce

This recipe is simple and great!! I usually make my own thing but I tried something new. I tossed in alot more cheddar cheese than called for. I did not have any swiss cheese on hand. But a success!!

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

This recipe gives a good option for making broccoli. I made some roasted terriyahike chicken to go along with it and made it a salad kind of meal. Tasted great.

Spicy Pretzels

These pretzels are easy to make and delicious! I have made them 3 times and have had requests for more. I mixed them up and put them in the oven @300 degrees for a few minutes.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

I made these cookies for my son and his friends at Ft. Gordon. They loved them!! I gave a couple to a guy at work who doesn't like peanut butter and he came back for more. I will make them again & again.

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

I made these potatoes for a potluck at my job. The guys LOVED them!! As suggested by another rater I made them the night before, put them in the crock pot and reheated. I will use this again & again.
