Crispy Orange Beef
This really was good and quite easy -- a lot of steps -- but none of them difficult. It could also be easily spiced up with red pepper flakes, if you wanted. I'll make it again!

Southwestern Egg Rolls
The flavor of the ingredients blends so nicely. I skipped the freezing and baked, rather than fried, and we were still very happy with it. What was nice was that I was able to cook everything without the chicken in it to make a couple of rolls for my vegetarian, then added my cooked chicken for the rest of us. Thanks for sharing!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
A different twist on chicken. Very tasty, very easy. Do add flour when browning the chicken. I didn't bother dredging; I just sprinkled some in with the cooking chicken. I also set aside a bit of the sauce and cooked up some fake chicken for my vegetarian. Again, really easy and yummy. I already have requests to make it again. A keeper.
