Southwestern Egg Rolls
The flavor of the ingredients blends so nicely. I skipped the freezing and baked, rather than fried, and we were still very happy with it. What was nice was that I was able to cook everything without the chicken in it to make a couple of rolls for my vegetarian, then added my cooked chicken for the rest of us. Thanks for sharing!
