Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

I've made this several times and it is delicious! I use fresh herbs but pretty much make the recipe exactly as described. I just made a large pot to freeze for when I go on maternity leave and my husband ate most of it in two days! The meatballs are so soft and delicious this way. Thanks for the great recipe!

Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells

I used other reviewers suggestions and simmered the chicken in olive oil, garlic, and italian seasonings. I used fresh basil and oregano in the filling and also added about 1.5 oz cream cheese to the mixture. I made a whole box of shells and froze half of them for another time. Very good! thanks for the recipe!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I just made this for my college graduation party and it was amazing! It was gone in an hour! After reading reviews, I used grilled chicken breast but I did 1/2 grilled chicken breast shredded and 1/2 Perdue fresh cuts( its what I had in the fridge) I also used Blue Cheese instead of ranch, it was great! People were asking for the recipe all night, Thank you! Update: I've made this so many times, people always rave about it! I use 3/4 cup blue cheese and 1/4 cup ranch.

Pecan Pie V

This was delicious!I followed the recipe exactly. I used a Mrs. Smith's deep dish frozen pie crust and of course topped with some extra pecans. I brought it to my mom's for Easter dessert and everyone loved it. Will definately make again!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

WOW! I made this to bring to my mom's for Easter and it was a hit. This is the absolute best carrot cake I ever made. It was so moist and delicious. Will definately be making again and again. I made it in two round cake pans and topped it with cream cheese icing. yummm...can't wait til lunch!

Zucchini Patties

These were delicious! I took another reviewers suggestion and added mushrooms, minced garlic, black pepper, and some breadcrumbs to the mix. We ate them with marinara sauce. My husband loved these. A nice change of pace for a side dish. Thanks for the great recipe!

Chicken In Basil Cream

Very good! I used light cream instead of heavy cream and added some sauteed some mushrooms, onions and garlic to the sauce with the pimientos. I doubled the sauce and poured over chicken and bowties. Easy and delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

Iced Mochas

I love making these. I used to make these at work when I worked in a restaurant. I love to add one splenda, a tbsp of milk and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. yummm... and if possible, add a shot of espresso. It always woke me up for a busy shift!

World's Best Lasagna

Wow! We loved this lasagna. The sauce was soo good and I love the sausage and ground beef mix. I followed the recipe exactly except that I used shredded mozzerella because that's what I had. Will definately make again!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

yummm...this was great! I used Colby shredded cheddar and rolled them secured with toothpicks. I also cut the cream cheese in half as other reviewers suggested. I'm glad I did because the cream cheese can easily become overpowering. Quick, easy and delicious! Will definately make again. Thanks!

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!

Baked French Fries I

These were very good. I also added S&P and some other seasonings to liven it up. I mixed everything in a Ziploc bag, shook it, and dropped them on a pan. So easy. Will make again!

Shrimp and Portobello Mushroom Fettuccine

So good! Restauarant quality! I made this last night and it was great! I added a little more garlic, 1/3 c butter instead of 1/2 (just trying to reduce some calories!) and milk instead of cream. It was still thick and delicious. I also folded in crab meat. I thought this had a ton of flavor! Thanks!

Parmesan Baked Potatoes

I've made these a few times and they are great! I always add some seasoning to the the butter and parmesean mixture like some cajun seasoning and garlic pepper. I always throw something extra in! Great recipe! Always a hit!
