I am married and I am a working mom, therefore I like quick and easy meals. I love to cook and Food Network is my favorite channel! I love to cook anything Mexican! Present-Making tamales with my Mom/ Past-Watching my Grandmother make homeade flour tortillas! YUMMY!!!! Anytime someone compliments me on a meal is a triumph for me. But, when they ask for the recipe is when I really get excited! Having to cook a chili when we were on vacation in Colorado and it turned out absolutely horrible!!!! I don't know what went wrong because I make the same chili at home and every one loves it!
