Chicken Jerusalem II
couldnt get the sauce to thicken but it was very tasty just the same.

Easy Tiramisu
I used this recipe yesterday but substituted the lady fingers for twinkies and sprinkled cocoa powder on top. It was excellent!!! I think you could use cream cheese instead of marscapone to save money and it would still taste great.
