Salsa Chicken
Way better than expected. I cooked three breasts, using about a half a jar of salsa, and half a package of Lawry's taco seasoning. Chicken came out moist and very tasty. Food Club's "Spanish Rice Medley" goes great with this. We omitted the sour cream and used reduced-fat shredded cheddar.
