Cream of Cauliflower Soup I
This was such a great recipe! The only thing I changed was how I prepared the cauliflower." - instead of steaming it I roasted it for about 30mins and then added it! So good! Thanks!

Chocolate Orange Truffles
Tasted great! Freeze the centre so you can roll the balls.

Rum Balls II
Good recipe worked pretty well, used more chocolate, chocolate cake and put a marshmellow in the centre! Really yummy!
