I am still in high school but this is my last year and my first to be in Culinary Arts class with Ms. Greer. I have learned to appreciate good quality food and a clean and neat work area while I'm creatin. Usually my grandmother makes her one of a kind Coconut Cake and Pineapple Cake, but this past thanksgiving I had to do it because she was sick and could not. Needless to say, because I didn't follow verbal instructions all the way, the cakes were a disaster.
