Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
Delicious and very easy! I added some extra Monterrey Jack and didn't have enough cottage cheese...but it's one of those recipes that's very forgiving. I also added garlic powder, pepper and a generous splash of milk. I sprinkled the top with Panko crumbs and fresh grated Parm then just broiled for a few minutes to get it browned up a little.
