Fast Chicken Soup Base
Okay, to be honest, I haven't even added the noodles yet! All I know is I went upstairs to put away some laundry while the broth, veggies and chicken were simmering, and when I walked out of the bedroom upstairs I was deliciously assaulted with the most incredible aroma! I immediately went over to the stove and spooned out some of the broth. OMG! Yummy!!!! I can't wait until dinner!

Baby Carrots And Brussels Sprouts Glazed With Brown Sugar and Pepper
I don't eat brussel sprouts...but my fiance does! He liked this dish quite a bit. I liked the carrots a lot! I also added green beans. The brown sugar really makes it yummy. Next time I will boil the sprouts a bit longer, as they were not tender enough so I microwaved them for 1 minute then boiled them again in the sauce. Perfectly done!

Best Chicken Ever
This came out delicious! I marinated the chicken for 1.5 hours in the fridge. I baked 6 chicken breasts, adding to the recipe one packet of onion soup mix, onion salt, lemon pepper, and once it was out of the oven, drizzled lemon juice over the chicken. It was so juicy inside and crispy outside.Even the underside was crispy! My fiance loved it as well.
