Chicken Milano
I sauteed the chicken breasts in the dried tomato oil and broth. Also, I added chopped mushrooms and parmesan cheese to the sauce. To thicken the sauce I added 3tbsp of cornstarch. I also substituted Italian seasoning for the basil. The meal was a smashing success!

Spiced Apples
Very easy and delicious. Goes well with many different entrees "A Keeper."

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken
Very nice option for baked chicken. I tried it with the seasoned breadcrumbs added as suggested by another reviewer and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. "A keeper" is what we would call it.
