About this Cook
I'm a student living with my future husband and I love making home cooked meals for us as often as I can(usually every night for dinner).
My favorite things to cook
Love baking and anything with lots of MEAT, especially Italian.
My cooking tragedies
Cooking tragedies are pretty common when you're as clumsy as I am, so it'd be hard to pick one, but I'm sure it'd involve a very big bowl of something very messy and important ending up on the floor.

Baked Chicken Nuggets
I picked this recipe because I'd been craving chicken nuggets but didn't want all the calories of store bought or frying. I did beat an egg and add in some olive oil as another reviewer did, then I threw it all in a bag and shook it up! I'd recommend doing it this way as I can't imagine it'd be the same without the egg for stickiness. It turned out great! I served it with some Parmesan Ranch dressing and a side of pasta, and my boyfriend loved it. Not as good the next day and a little on the dry side though, still really good right out of the oven.

Black and White Pizza
I followed the recipe pretty much exactly, just used one of those canned crispy crusts, non-frozen chicken, and reduced the beans and Alfredo sauce a tiny bit. I have to say it was phenomenal. My boyfriend and I loved it and I'm currently enjoying the left overs for lunch. Five stars all the way, and I'd definitely recommend not substituting anything--the ingredients go perfectly together!
