What a simple yet AMAZING marinade! I used all the ingredients with the exception of the rosemary (which I had none of and replaced with Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning) and the white vinegar (which I replaced with Red wine vinegar infused with garlic.) I marinated them for 3-4 hours and I think that made them so perfect.They were awesome! So moist and tasty! My hubby is not a big fan of kabobs of any sort yet he has already requested these again! I think this time I will take some others advice and add some veggies (mushrooms, onions, peppers) in with the marinade. This recipe is a keeper for sure! Update: The second time I made these they were just as perfect as the first, even my extremely picky brother-in-law loved them. I made a second batch of marinade using half the amount of each ingredient and placed in it baby bella mushrooms and green pepper chunks. Amazing! Use this recipe!
