Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
The enchiladas pretty much feel apart once it was cooked. Mayeb flour tortillas would have been better. I also would have added about half of the taco seasoing packet to the chicken mixture. I did use precooked chicken for the store which cut down some of the cooking time and tasted just as good.
