Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Ohmygoodness! With much trepidation, I broke tradition this year and tried this recipe instead of our usual cake-like mushy dressing/stuffing. It was a HIT! Several of the kids & teens who usually turn up their noses at this side dish gobbled it up. Per previous reviews, I omitted the liver, doubled the spices and put it in an oven-proof dish and baked it in the oven on 250 for 40min, stirring twice. This will be our go-to dressing/stuffing recipe for the next thirty years. THANKS!

Soft Onion Sandwich Rolls
I've made this recipe several times, excellent every time! To make delicious dinner rolls, omit the onion powder and minced onion, (I skip the hand-kneading step)form the dough into rolls (about 1/3 cup each), cover with damp dish towel, put into oven with a bowl of hot water until double. After cooking, rub tops with butter. YUM!
